I enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charmingly traditional, with beautiful Thai accents that made me feel like I was truly experiencing the local culture. The hotel's general areas, such as the lobby and communal spaces, were well-maintained and provided a welcoming atmosphere. As a senior person, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff were always ready to assist with my needs, whether it was carrying my luggage or offering assistance with navigating the hotel.
The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is improved communication from the staff. Sometimes, it was difficult to understand the young staff members due to language barriers.

I spend a great time in royal prince, close to all amenities and still in a quiet street.Rooms were clean daily. The swimming pool is so blue...just loved it... Had a few beers with ron , the owner, he s from canada , so you can get all the good tips about phuket, he told us where to go out ( daytime and night time) we decide to come back during low season with more friends ;) and get a duplex, this time...
The fact to leave...and to go back in the European cold and grey winter...see you in 4 months

We recently stayed at Royal Prince Residence and were pleasantly surprised by how much it exceeded our expectations. Sam, the owner, went above and beyond by picking us up from the Blue Smart Bus stop and even offered to pick us up from Phuket Town. He was also incredibly helpful in arranging a scooter rental for us. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. Despite a minor issue with the flushing system in the bathroom, Sam was always kind and willing to assist. That level of service was superb! the location of the hotel was also great, being away from the noisy beach front area but still centrally located. We would definitely stay here again when we visit next. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 😊.

the service of the managers was really great: they helped me getting into another hotel because patong was too busy for me and my child.
the other staff hardly speaks english and doesn't help you very well.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was well-maintained and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within a short walk. The hotel offered a variety of food carts throughout the day. Aod, the receptionist, was friendly and knowledgeable about local shops and services. Clean towels and daily housekeeping were provided, and there was a safe in the room. Taxis and 24-hour McDonald's delivery were available at reception. the hotel provided excellent value for money.
Felt very comfortable, no complaints.

Royal Prince is a fantastic residence inside but yet outside tourist Phuket. The hotel is perfectly suited for those demanding excellence, and enjoy a calm environment with close connections to everything that Phuket has to offer. At this hotel, one can enjoy the sun in the pool or relax without car or motorcycle noise. On the other hand, it takes just 30 seconds to walk out to one of Phukets busiest roads and only 10 minutes by slow walking to get to one of Asia's most famous party streets. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend people to explore it. Indeed, my vacation was much enjoyed because I was lucky enough to choose the right hotel. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.
